Casachok d.o.o. provides online services through its website, www.casachok.com, consisting of the sale of goods and commercial brokerage services in the sale of goods on the domestic and foreign markets.

These General Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations apply to the use of the website www.casachok.com and the services of Casachok d.o.o. By accessing and using the services of this website, you are deemed to be familiar with all terms and conditions, to have read and understood them, and to accept them by making a purchase.

Casachok d.o.o. reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time, including the right to terminate access to this website without prior notice. If you do not agree with our Terms of Use or if you are under the legal age, please do not use our website. Casachok d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any damage caused to users or third parties due to lack of awareness of the Terms of Use and any amendments thereto.

The Terms of Use apply to customers whose place of residence is within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
We also deliver goods outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, but in that case, delivery terms must be arranged through this website or by contacting us at info@casachok.com.

Any adult and legally capable person who accepts our Terms of Use may become a customer, which is confirmed by placing an order for products. An agreement on behalf of and for the account of a minor or a person who has been fully deprived of legal capacity may be concluded only by their legal representatives, while persons with partial legal capacity may conclude an agreement only with the consent of their legal representative.

The customer confirms acceptance of the Terms of Use when placing an order for products through this web shop.

All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars and include VAT.

A customer is considered to be any person who pays for at least one product and provides their delivery information. Through its online store, Casachok d.o.o. enables the purchase of the entire range of products displayed on our website.

The photos displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Photos, texts, and other materials may not be published, sold, publicly or privately distributed, or used in any other way without the consent of Casachok d.o.o. Any failure to comply with the terms stated in the previous paragraphs entails liability and the obligation to compensate for non-material damage. Casachok d.o.o. reserves all copyrights for the use of photos, texts, and other published materials, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

Website administrators reserve the right to change or remove, temporarily or permanently, any content or service on the website without prior notice. Casachok d.o.o. is not responsible for any content that an unauthorized user may post on the website. Casachok d.o.o. reserves the right to change, adapt, modify, delete, or remove any content it considers inappropriate, and may terminate the business relationship with any of its end users at any time.
Casachok d.o.o. may immediately revoke an end user’s right of access in the event of behavior it considers unacceptable, as well as in any case of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions by the end user.

Casachok d.o.o. shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or lack of originality of the information contained on this website, nor for any delay or interruption in the transmission of information to the end user, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom, including loss of profit.

Users of the website are strictly prohibited from:

publishing, sending, or exchanging content that violates applicable Serbian and/or international laws,
publishing, sending, or exchanging content that is offensive, vulgar, threatening, racist, chauvinistic, or harmful in any other way,
publishing, sending, or exchanging information that the visitor knows or assumes to be false, and whose use could cause harm to other users,
false representation, i.e. presenting oneself on behalf of another legal or natural person,
publishing, sending, or exchanging content protected by copyright,
publishing, sending, or exchanging unsolicited content to users without their consent or request, or by means of deception,

Payment and Delivery Information

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

You can pay for your order using cards that support online payments, including: VISA, MasterCard, DinaCard, and Maestro payment cards.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure, encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently one of the most advanced cryptographic technologies. Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages.



Payment card details are not available to our system at any point.



Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD).



For informational display of prices in other currencies, the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.

The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction.

As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website.

Refunds

In the event of returned goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid by payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, our company is obliged to process the refund exclusively through Dina, VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that, at the seller’s request, the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.

Under no circumstances and under no conditions may the customer request a cash refund for a transaction made using any payment card.

Payment by Bank Transfer

You can pay for your order by direct bank transfer to our account, using the appropriate payment reference number. (All details are provided on the order summary)

Payment can be made using a standard payment slip at any post office or bank, or online if you have internet access to your current bank account.

In this case, refunds are also made by payment to the customer’s bank account.

Prices on the website are shown in Serbian dinars, with VAT included in the price.

Delivery

You can collect your order at our workshop address (if you selected the Personal Pickup option), or we can deliver it to your address (if you selected the Courier Delivery option).

Courier delivery can be expected within 2-5 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, to any location in Serbia where delivery is available.

The delivery time may vary depending on whether the ordered product is currently available, or whether you received the online purchase confirmation during the weekend or public holidays.

Receiving the Shipment

Couriers deliver shipments to the delivery address between 8:00 AM and 17:00. Please make sure that, during this period, there is someone at the address who can receive the shipment. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.

If the shipment appears to be undamaged, you may accept it and sign the delivery note.

The courier will attempt to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that, if the courier does not find you at the address, they will call the phone number you provided when placing the order and arrange a new delivery time. If they still do not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receiving the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange reshipment.

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is displayed both during checkout and in the order itself.

Delivery is paid together with the rest of the order total.

Complaints Policy

The customer may submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in order to exercise their rights based on conformity, warranty, incorrectly calculated price, and other defects.

Prices on the website www.casachok.com are shown in Serbian dinars, with VAT included in the price.

We use all our resources to ensure that the products on this website are displayed with the appropriate specifications, photos, and prices. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all information about the items, as well as the product photos on our website, are completely accurate.

If you wish to check the status of your complaint, you can do so by contacting us at info@casachok.com.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement.

Complaints may be submitted if the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or does not match the order specification. The customer is required to submit the complaint by email no later than 4 hours after delivery.
The reason for the complaint must be stated and a photo of the product must be attached, after which we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the complaint is found to be justified, Casachok will refund the value of your order.

Data is transferred between Casachok d.o.o. and the client electronically, via an encrypted internet connection, and is then stored on infrastructure protected against unauthorized access.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data is the consent of the individual, given when establishing a contractual relationship related to registration or purchase, all in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Serbia.

Withdrawal of Consent for Data Processing and Legal Consequences of Withdrawal

Each of our customers has the right to withdraw previously given consent for the processing of personal data processed by Casachok d.o.o. The legal consequence of such withdrawal is the termination of the contractual relationship between Casachok d.o.o. and the client, due to the inability to maintain the contract in force, which results in the inability to provide further services.
